Finally the word from NAMS (North American Menopause Society) is going to be adequate dose start when needed and continue… They plan to petition the FDA to change the very misguided requirements for lowest dose and shortest duration we’ve been stuck with for over ten years. This article highlights the benefits of hormones for women in older age groups. We advocate appropriate replacement for life to women who qualify.
