Dr. Fox attends low carb cruise 2015!

You really can eat low carb on a cruise. People ask me all the time, “what do you eat in a day?”. I will try to demonstrate. The great thing about the cruise is healthy food is available from 6a-11p and you don’t have to cook or clean. Just grabbed an array for breakfast.
Scrambled egg, fried egg, sunflower seeds, sausage (careful some carbs), bacon, salami, smoked salmon, capers, and small piece of melon. Heavy on protein (was at gym this morning). Added 4 pieces of butter!
