Low-Carb Meals May Be Linked To Lowered Insulin Resistance, Researchers Say.

Another Hallelujah!! This study looked at one day’s time with a 30% (high) carbohydrate vs 60% (very high) carbohydrate diet and showed a 39% reduction of insulin after only 3 meals in the 30% group!! Just think what LCHF would look like in the same study. We would likely see a 90+% reduction. This study also highlights how quickly the diet works to change physiology. We see this clinically in patients with diabetes and high blood pressure. Within 2 days these parameters change dramatically and for those on glucose or blood pressure lowering drugs, we have to be very careful not to get too low. The news about the nutritional truth continues to slowly leak out….!
